Armour and Crash Resistant Gates

In order to meet the challenges of security and terrorism threats we have a special range of products for you safety. Our bullet and blast resistant doors, windows and gates designed to be installed in new or retrofit construction for use in court houses, police stations, public buildings, military application, high security area or any other warranted application. Our ballistic gates come in swing or sliding type according to size and type requirements.

Gate  Features:

• Fabricated using ballistic steel and composite materials.
• Available in Swing or Sliding type according to requirement.
• Quick Fit types are ready-to-install into pre-existing structure (Structure evaluation is required).
• Reinforced core frame with steel and composite panels.
• Extra reinforced at hardware locations, joints and week areas.
• Custom made ball bearing heavy duty hinges and sliding mechanism.
• According to Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (ATFP or AT/FP) Ram Barrier Protection Specifications.
• K4 barriers will stop a 15,000 pound vehicle traveling at 30MPH
• K8 barriers will stop a 15,000 pound vehicle traveling at 40MPH
• K12 barriers will stop a 15,000 pound vehicle traveling at 50MPH
• Automatic opening and closing gate operators for swing and sliding type available as per requirement.

Testing:

All ballistic materials, Steel, Composite panels and Glass are tested independently at our facility before selection. Customers can request for a live fire test to check the performance of our products before selecting our products for their project.

Gate Operators (Optional/Recommended)

Due to the fact that ballistic and crash resistant gates are heavy in weight and difficult to open and close by human force we strongly recommend the use of automatic gate controllers and operators to make the daily use easier and reduce the risk. We provide top of the line Italian products from renowned manufactures.

Materials, Workmanship and References:

QUALITY ASSURANCE: Gates and frames confirms to the requirements of ANSI A250.8-1998 (SDI-100).

MATERIALS:The material used in manufacturing of these products and components complies with ANSI/SDI A250.8.Hardware reinforcing on doors and frames complies with ANSI/SDI A250.6. The physical performance levels will be in accordance with ANSI/SDI A250.4.

All steels used to manufacture doors, frames, anchors, and accessories meets at least one or more of the following requirements:

• Cold rolled steel shall conform to ASTM A1008 and A568.
• Hot rolled, pickled and oiled steel shall comply with ASTM A1011 and A568.

WORKMANSHIP: Gate Panels and Gate Frames and Fabrication in accordance with ANSI/SDI A250.8

Factory applied finish meets the performance requirements& acceptance criteria as stated in ANSI/SDI A250.3.
