Door Panel Construction:

Full Flush Steel Door panel design allows a smooth finish that gives a strong look and feel to the door. The flush door is an ideal match for Commercial and Residential use in almost any application. The door panel is constructed by placing both halves of the door panel together using a 16 gauge welded channel system. The internal core of the door is constructed with steel stiffeners and filled with Glass Wool insulation. Hardware mounting areas are reinforced with additional 14 gauge plates if required.

Welded Steel Frames (Quick Fit Frames)

Welded Steel Frames are excellent for both residential and commercial use. The welded options allow our doors to be installed in existing construction where a pre-existing opening is already prepared for a door using anchor bolts it also works very well for new construction. The doors can be placed in their openings and the wall can be easily built around the frame.

Pre-install Hardware:

Factory pre-installation or pre-cutfor hardware make it easier for end user. This option is designed to help streamline the process of receiving and installing doors. The contractor saves hours of onsite labor and the costs associated with it.

Door Hardware / Ironmongery:

Almost any type of domestic or commercial grade hardware including electronic lock system can be installed on our doors. We provide Fire Rated and non-Fire rated closing devices and locksets as per requirement. Customers can also provide hardware of their choice in commercial/large quantity orders.
